Things I Think About When I'm Thinking About Things: Going Around Brisbane (Northside Perspective)

1.  Large Government Parking Lots that aren't used at night should be turned into Drive-In Movie Theatres.

2.  The airport should have a ferry service, from the various river stops, going up to Sandgate and out to Redcliffe, and down to Wynnum and Cleveland.

3.  The Western Freeway should have a tunnel to the city, to the airport, and a bypass which connects with the Bruce Highway above Strathpine.

4.  The Airtrain should continue on North, crossing the Shorncliffe Line at Nudgee or Boondall, and then head out to Redcliffe.

5.  All rail lines should be underground, and bikeways and greenbelts should take their place, with bridge overpasses over the roads.   Some of the current rail crossings are ridiculous.

6.  There needs to be a direct city link to the gateway. 

7.  The merging lanes in the Valley and around the Storey Bridge need to be sorted
